The colors are popping and again I'm diggin' the starkness you're bringing to this project. I'm gonna sound like that crazy old man who hangs out at the comic shop but books are sometimes a bit over rendered now with the digital coloring and for my tastes something like what you were experimenting with on your Oz project and now taking to another level here really stands out. Don't know if that's one of the points you're pushing but it's a happy accident otherwise. Of course I think my opinion is usually in the minority as I still adore a good black and white page versus a fully colored one.
Your palette on that page with the muted greens and browns works well with the orange and blue/purple gradients for my eyes at least. 'Course my color theory is really simple so take what I'm saying with a grain of salt as I usually just experiment myself.
